Open a UDF file — read Turkish UYAP court documents anywhere
How to use
Choose or drop the .udf file and press Open UDF. The document appears as a white page with paragraph alignment, bold/italic and tables. "Copy text" puts the plain text on your clipboard; "Download TXT" saves it.
Who is it for?
Lawyers, law offices and citizens who need to read a ruling or notice on a computer without the UYAP editor, or on a phone. Use the tools in the sidebar to convert to Word or PDF.
Limits
Embedded images and signature graphics are not shown; headers and footers are skipped. Text, formatting and tables are preserved.
Frequently asked questions
What is a UDF file?
UDF is the native document format of UYAP, Türkiye's national judiciary network. Court rulings, notices, petitions and enforcement letters are produced in it. Technically it is a ZIP package containing content.xml with the text and formatting.
How do I open UDF on a phone?
Open this page in your phone browser and pick the file; a .udf received by e-mail or WhatsApp can be selected with 'Choose file'. No app needed.
Is my file uploaded?
No. The UDF is opened with JavaScript in your browser; nothing leaves your device and nothing remains after you close the page.
Is the e-signature kept?
Viewing does not affect it; the original stays in UYAP. Converted copies (PDF, Word, TXT) do not carry the signature, so use the UYAP original for official submissions.
