How do I delete a page?
Tap the thumbnail; a red frame marks it for removal, tap again to restore.
How do I change the order?
Use the ← → arrows under each page. Remaining pages are written in that order.
Why do thumbnails take a moment?
Pages are rendered one by one in your browser; long files may take a few seconds.
